Refund policy

Missing Packages for Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Contact the shipping company as they will be able to track your package locally. Provide your tracking number so they can better assist you. (Attached Fedex, UPS and USPS numbers)
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Once you have a claim, please provide us with that claim number and we will re-ship your order.

 

Incorrect Address:

Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, to change your address. We Cannot re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses.

Damaged cans

No worries we’ve got you. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, just contact us within 24hours of delivery with photos of the issue to Support@energydrinkcity.com. We’ll make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your energy experience should be flawless, and we stand by that. Please try to take this photos ASAP and without moving too many parts of the box! This is for our vendors to insure they can issue that refund. Be advised we are following vendor protocols. However they deem to assess issues. 

*Disclaimer for Can Collectors*

per our agreement with shipping vendors, we don't refund cans that are considered "Drink-able". We understand that there are certain people who are "Can Collectors"; however, minor shipping 'dents' and 'dings' don't warrant for a refund and we deal refunds based upon our vendors discretion as they have the final say!
