Shipping policy
Missing Packages for Domestic Shipments:
If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:
- Contact the shipping company as they will be able to track your package locally. Provide your tracking number so they can better assist you. (Attached Fedex, UPS and USPS numbers)
- If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Once you have a claim, please provide us with that claim number and we will re-ship your order.
Incorrect Address:
Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, to change your address. We Cannot re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses.
