I purchased a 6 pack of prime as a gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day as we have a hard time finding this particular drink. I randomly received a $10 refund and had no idea why, so I contacted them to find out. The rep advised me they refunded me because they didn’t have my full order, but didn’t tell me how many I’d be receiving. Once I received my order, I discovered I only got (3) of the (6) I ordered. Had someone contacted me, I likely would have canceled and ordered elsewhere, especially considering I paid $9 in shipping for 3 cans, $20 total. I can only assume that’s exactly why they didn’t contact me and give me the option to cancel entirely, and instead took it upon themselves to decide for me. First and last time ordering with this company.
